PINEAPPLE-BUCO DELIGHT
Ingredients:
1/4 cup Alaska Condensada
2 egg yolks
1/2 cup buco meat, shredded
1/4 cup pineapple tidbits
1/4 cup kaong, boiled until tender
1/4 cup lychee
Procedure:
Make salad dressing by cooking Alaska Condensada and egg yolk until thick. Stir continuously then let cool. Mix buco, pineapple, kaong, lychee and salad dressing. Chill and serve.
