Alaska Milk Corporation (AMC) won two awards at the HR Excellence Awards 2023, organized by HR Excellence Online dot Net, last 1 September 2023, at the Shangri-La The Fort. AMC took home Excellence in Talent Management and Leadership Development Awards in the said showcase of the most effective HR strategies, policies, and initiatives that have significantly improved employee engagement, organizational performance, and overall business success for companies.
AMC received a silver award for the category Excellence in Talent Management. This award is given to organizations implementing effective talent management strategies and prioritizing active talent development programs through learning and development.

The company also scored the bronze award for Excellence in Leadership Development. This recognizes AMC for its commitment to developing and nurturing strong leadership within the organization, resulting in improved overall organizational performance and success.

HR Excellence Awards was established in 2012 to provide an incubator platform for HR teams to showcase their HR strategies and initiatives. Over the years, the show has showcased excellent practices for companies in Southeast Asia.
