AMC Partnered with ABS-CBN Lingkod Kapamilya Foundation Inc.

As Alaska Milk Corporation (AMC) celebrates the National Children’s Rights Month this November, AMC officials led by its Managing Director Marco Bertacca, Business Development & Marketing Director Harvey Uong and Corporate Affairs Director Atty. Maria Angela Esquivel signed a Memorandum of Agreement with ABS-CBN Lingkod Kapamilya Foundation Inc. (ALKFI) Managing Director Susan Afan and Bantay Bata 163 Program Director Rosamy “Jing” Castaneda-Velasco, to institutionalize a 5-year partnership with the award-winning flagship programs of ALKFI, including providing free milk to the Bantay Bata Children’s Village in Norzagaray, Bulacan; supporting nutrition and active lifestyle programs in the communities currently adopted by ALKFI; boosting public advocacy campaigns to promote children’s rights to survival, health, nutrition and online security and safety; and joining hands to end malnutrition and hunger in the Philippines. Ms. Afan eloquently described this convergence of purpose as ‘the evolution from success to significance’, where excellence is always subordinated to a higher purpose, which in this particular partnership, translates into a higher quality of life for Filipino children”.
