700 Frontliners at the Forefront of AMC’s Christmas Donation Drive

Christmas has always been something Filipinos look forward to. This year is no different despite COVID-19 disrupting the lives of everyone in the country.  Carrying the burden on behalf of the Filipinos’ are our medical and commercial frontliners, which is why Alaska Milk Corporation (AMC) made them this year’s Milk for Life donation drive recipients.

Traditionally, the Milk for Life program encourages AMC employees to support  school children by providing them at least two (2) glasses of milk per day for 120 feeding days. But due to the situation this year, , AMC employees focused on giving a better Christmas season to our brave medical frontliners from the Research Institute of Tropical Medicine (RITM) and Metro Manila-based AMC merchandisers.

700 frontliners have been given Noche Buena gift packs containing Alaska products such as Alaska Evaporada, Alaska Condensada, and Alaska Fortified Powdered Milk Drink. “Thank You” cards were also included in the gift packs, where the frontliners could write a personal message to the AMC employee-donor. The distribution was held on December 14, 2020.

AMC thanks our frontliners for their service and dedication during a challenging year. Through this modest gesture, AMC hopes that Alagang Alaska reaches their families and communities this holiday season.
